High cathedral ceilings open up the views throughout the house. It is especially beautiful at dusk for relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck or dining overlooking the water. Surrounded by grassy lawns, flowering hibiscus and pines, the little awareness of neighbours offers a welcome sanctuary and retreat.
Choose from 3 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms – ideal for up to six guests. Share the house not the bathrooms. In the beach room, wake up to the sun sparkling on the ocean, be mesmerized by the tumbling surf, a passing whale or perfect feng shui looking over water to mountains.
The view has a fully equipped kitchen for those wishing to cook up a storm. Alternatively enjoy meals on the gas hooded BBQ with al fresco dining. The fresh fish available from the local catch are an easy quick meal, and most provisions are available in the village.
Furnished with a relaxed coastal style, this is an unfussy but lux beach house where the pleasures have been thought about. The aircon is rarely on in this superb micro climate but welcome when you need it. All rooms have fans. Whatever the breezes, the wind protected decks make relaxing outside a pleasurable experience
Two HD TV’s and DVD players in bedrooms complement the HD screen in the living area, Foxtel and fast WIFI. With quality lounges, games, books and DVDs, there is ample “off beach” entertainment.
A variety of lounges, and deck and beach chairs to sit and read or just sit and watch the surf, the sea, the whales, the mountains, the horizon, No need to go anywhere for whale watching … you can see it all from The View in Scotts Head.
